Expand You Imagination With This Easy Cloud Work Meditation

One of my favorite memories of my late mother was when I was 5 years old and we were walking to the grocery store. In my eyes then I saw the world in a very Sound Of Music light. Always singing and running around. We came over a hill and my brother shouted, “Hey Look at THAT cloud!” I raised my eyes and was suddenly taken to a new level of creative imagination. Yes it was something straight out of Willy Wonka.

I remember how much joy I once got in simply laying down and looking up. Now that I am adult and an ENO is a staple in my backyard, i find myself getting lost in the trance of the ever changing cloud formations.

If your looking to open a channel of creative flow this is what you have been waiting for.

“The greatest gift you were given is your imagination. Within it is the capacity to have all your wishes fulfilled. Look around you. Everything that you can experience with your senses was once in someone’s imagination.”
Dr Wayne Dyer

Only you can see what you see in the clouds. Like little messages from your soul or something!

Locations Suggestions:
The Honey Cellar
Lightshade Co.

The Intention: To be an open channel, free of judgement of what ever arises into your imagination.

The Application: Lay in a hammock or create a soft place on the ground. Take a few hits from your favorite piece and gently settle into a relaxing position so your head is not strained looking towards the sky.
Lay back and look up at the clouds. Let your ego step aside and simply take in the expansiveness. As the clouds go by slowly bring your attention to one and focus. Try to let the images come to you instead of you “naming” what you see. Keep a journal nearby to gather your thoughts after you have used your imagination to create 4 images that did not exist until you just created them. Push yourself to feel as expansive as the sky.

As Above, So Below.
